I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our warehouse (always quicker when we can). Average shipping times are 3-7 days, unless express shipped 1-3 day.
Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as your order has been SHIPPED. Please leave contact number or email when checking out to receive tracking number.
Can I return my order? What if there is an issue?
We handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Health Regulations. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Golden Bodi Pty Ltd.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary due to COVID -19. The average shipping time is 3-9 business days.
