Returns & Shipping Policy
AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our warehouse (always quicker when we can). Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the trusty hands of Australia Post, or Star Track & DHL and are out of our control. You will be provided with tracking and updates from Australia Post or DHL, please double check that your email is entered correctly at the checkout.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by Australia Post or Star Track through ‘Safe Drop’ or with ‘Authority to leave’ or similar. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post or Star Track. If you have issues with parcels that have been stolen on your property even when left in a location deemed to be ‘Safe’ by a courier we recommend getting the parcel delivered to an alternate or work address where you know someone will be home.
If your trackable order has not been received within 10 business days please contact us and we will endeavor to track it down. Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we do not offer postage refunds for returned orders that are incorrectly addressed.
We handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Health Regulations. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Golden Bodi Pty Ltd.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Beach N Tan Pty Ltd can’t mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note: on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. Out of our control, sorry!

Orders can’t be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2-Day.
All amounts shown on Golden Bodi Pty Ltd are in AUD. All orders will be transacted in Australian dollars. The final amount is only an estimate and excludes any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.
